It's amazing how the death of a celebrity can affect some people. A person we don't even actually know, and we can mourn them like they were a member of our own family. Everyone knows this by now (And if you don't, you clearly are a special kind of internet recluse) but Robin Wlliams was found dead Monday after supposedly hanging himself... hanging himself, it just feels so wrong to say that, but that's the reality of it all...

I know so many people loved the guy, and I'm no exception. He was one of the best, most talented actors I ever saw, and one of the funniest. Even though a lot of his movies were considered bad (I always found something entertaining about them, however), they were worth watching just to see him. He suffered from depression, but he always kept smiling in public and kept others laughing. He cared about others, and while he had his problems like we all do, he was an inspiration to a lot of people.

Myself included.

Williams was a personal inspiration to me to get into acting, and try comedy. He showed me proof that anyone could make poorly-written comedies still get people laughing. He could probably go up against all of hollywoods best comedic writers at once, in a battle of jokes, and still win.  He could think up more funny stuff on the spot then most comics probably could after sitting down and thinking for hours.  I was always hoping if I ever made it in the world, I would get to meet him. But it won't happen now. 

So farewell to an amazing man who spent his time helping others to find a smile. It's too bad we will never see a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel (It was perhaps my favorite of his comedic roles), but he's finally free of his depression. Who knows what happened to him, but at least he's at peace. 

Goodbye Mr. Williams. Thanks for all the laughs and all the inspiration you gave people. Thanks for being an inspiration to me.

Mmmm, can't really say, if I'm honest.

If I were to recommend a webcomic about a group of kids playing a video game that brings about the end of the world and it's up to these kids and 12 other alien kids who played the same game to create a new universe whilst being forced to cope with various adversaries and overcoming challenges of relatively unfathomable difficulty, would you read it? 6. For all the people who have OCs, what do you think makes a great OC?
Being a well rounded character with multiple traits, good and bad, and having an actual personality. 
7. And again for the OC owners, how do you feel about your very first OC? Are they the same as they always have been or did they undergo a revamp? Do you still even use them?
I thought he was okay, if not a bit of a bad character for how I would god-mod him at times.  He went under a serious revamp about a year ago, and I do still use him, albeit with only one person.
8. What is your favorite genre of music? Do you have a favorite song and is there a reason for it?
Favorite Genre... I would have to say rock.  My favorite song, that's harder to pick... I would have to say "Story of my life" by Social Distortion or "Bring me to Life" by Evanscene.  Also, may not be rock, but I love "Stuck Like Glue" from Sugarland.

Okay, I got no excuse for why I haven't updated my journal in almost 10 months!  Basically, I've just been too lazy to post about anything major I've done or decided.  So, I'll go on and get to that right now...

First off, I am, as of Wednesday, officially  done with high school.  Finally graduated after 4 long of years of this, and now it's off to college in August; Baldwin-Wallace University, to be more specific.  With (hopefully) a double major in Theater and Film with hopes of being a director one day.

Secondly, Shadow and Silver is on indefinite hiatus.  I'm doing this to focus on another project I really want to get going, though I am still work on parts of it with my good friend Torri and will be using her OC in this as well.  I won't tell anything more, but will just say I am aiming for something big and deeper then anything else I've tried before.

I will try to update a lot more frequently now that I have some more free time then I did during school and to fight my laziness, and to also keep anyone who still follows me in the loop.  Until then, hope you guys are doing good and I'll talk with ya later.
